Founded in 2018 by Leo Chuahy and Renata Diniz, Prime Surfaces grew out of a stone-slab distribution business that imported directly from Brazil, Spain, and Italy. That heritage means we understand material from the quarry to the finished edge.
Tile is fully half of what we do — floors, showers, wet walls, feature walls, and backsplashes in ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone — right alongside our countertop fabrication and certified large-format porcelain installation (Neolith, Dekton, Porcelanosa, Daltile Panoramic). It's a range most shops can't offer, and it's what lets us take on the projects others turn down.
We source it — or you do. Either way, we install it.
Working with a homeowner or an interior designer, we guide you through material selection at our suppliers' showrooms, then fabricate and install the entire project — countertops, tile, stone, and porcelain — from template to final polish.

Where does Prime Surfaces work?
We're based in the Atlanta metro and fabricate and install throughout Georgia and the Southeast — Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Mississippi. We've also fabricated, shipped, and installed complete stone packages internationally, including a full project in Belize with our own crew.
Do you do tile as well as countertops?
Yes — tile is fully half of our business. We install porcelain, ceramic, and natural-stone tile for floors, showers, wet walls, feature walls, and backsplashes, right alongside our countertop fabrication in natural stone, quartz, and large-format porcelain. We're a certified installer of Neolith, Dekton, Porcelanosa, and Daltile Panoramic.
Can builders hire you for installation only?
Absolutely. We work two ways: source-and-install for homeowners and designers (we help you choose the material and handle everything), and install-only for builders and contractors who supply their own material. See our Builders & Trade page.
Do you have a showroom?
We don't keep a public showroom — it lets us stay lean and pass value to clients. We meet at our suppliers' curated showrooms across Atlanta, where you can see full slabs, and we handle templating and installation on-site.
