  • Project information: project name, location, project type, desired material, square footage/dimensions, uploaded files, and any comments you provide.

  • Communications: messages you send us and your consent preferences.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through standard web technologies to operate and improve the Site.

How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to quote requests and provide estimates, fabrication, and installation services;

  • Schedule measurements ("templating"), installations, and appointments;

  • Send you transactional messages about your account, orders, or requested services (e.g., estimate delivery, follow-ups, appointment reminders);

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and check the applicable consent box on our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Prime Surfaces. We offer two separate, optional consent options: (1) transactional messages related to services you have requested, and (2) marketing/promotional messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information (including phone numbers) or text-messaging opt-in data and consent will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our messaging platform and customer-service tools) solely to provide services to us, under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers/subprocessors who perform services on our behalf (subject to the SMS restriction above);
