These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.primesurfacesgroup.com (the "Site") and your interactions with  Prime Surfaces Inc. ("Prime Surfaces," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Prime Surfaces provides countertop and tile fabrication, installation, and related services for residential and commercial customers. Requests submitted through the Site (such as "Request a Quote") are inquiries only and do not create a binding contract.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through the Site or by our team are preliminary and are based on the information you provide. Final pricing is subject to on-site measurement ("templating"), material selection and availability, and a signed agreement. Estimates are not offers to contract and may be revised.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Prime Surfaces as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We offer separate consent for transactional messages (about services you requested) and marketing/promotional messages. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Surfaces will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. (Warranties for fabrication/installation services, if any, are governed by your separate service agreement.)

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
